We met Nancy at an Open House.  When we decided to honestly look for a home, we were in agreement that she was the agent for us.

Nancy was wonderful working for us.  She listened to us, she was very patient as we sorted through the data that was available and as we looked at house after house, she never tried to push us in any given direction.  Nancy gave selflessly of her time and energy to help us find exactly what we wanted.  Once we decided on our dream home, she was excellent in guiding us through the buying process.

We were not at the closing, but Nancy kept us informed and made sure that we were confident that everything had been done.  When we did arrive from out of state one night at 9 P.M., it seemed as though it was no problem at all for her to meet us at the house with the key and last minute information, etc.  There was even flowers and candy awaiting our arrival.  We were delighted with her effort!

We met Nancy at an Open House while we were hunting for our retirement home in The Villages.  We instantly liked her pleasant personality.  She appeared interested in what we wanted and very willing to work for us.  She was extremely patient with two very picky people and when we found exactly what we were looking for, she immediately started the wheels in motion.  As we had to leave to go back to our northern home, we were pleasantly surprised by all that she did for us, keeping in touch and letting us know every detail of what was going on.  Some of the services she provided us were definitely above and beyond the call of duty.  She helped us find furniture; arranged to have it put into air-conditioned storage; was there when it was delivered, and made sure that it wasn't placed in "climate controlled" but rather an air-conditioned unit (there is a difference).  After we moved down, she assisted us when our new furniture was delivered, helped us arrange it (she's a smart interior decorator), and even got out the windex for our lovely new china closet.  She also went out and got us some food and drinks.  We were absolutely astonished at the wonderful service and caring attitude of this Realtor.  Can't believe they are all like this.
